Work with Me

"Susannah helped me battle a very annoying habit with a caring and protective approach - she's a very genuine person who gets results!"

If you have specific health goals and would like nutrition guidance tailored for your specific needs then one-to-one work is for you.

What can personalised nutritional therapy help with?

Personalised nutritional therapy can enable you to understand your body’s particular needs. It enables you to use nutrition to support the overall health of your body, as well as underpinning the goals that matter most to you.

Nutritional therapy can be used to support the work of other health professionals you may be working with to achieve your objectives.

What to expect

When you contact me, we’ll have a free, no-obligation chat to see if we’re a good fit for each other.  It’s important to me that you feel that I’m the best person to help you and you’re comfortable and confident working with me.

If it’s all good and you choose to book an initial session, I’ll send you some questionnaires to complete and return to me before we meet.  It’s important that you complete these as fully as possible so I can start to build up a picture of your health history, your goals, your priorities and your specific needs.

At our first meeting, we’ll continue that process.  We’ll have an in-depth discussion about your questionnaire and I’ll make some initial recommendations to get you started.

I generally work on Zoom, but if you particularly need to meet in person and are in London or the Inverness area that can also be arranged.

Our second meeting

Our second meeting generally takes place around a fortnight after our first.  In that time, I will have looked into your situation further, and you will have had a fortnight to try out the initial recommendations. This will enable me to make a more specific, targeted set of additional recommendations, see what is working and what needs adjustment and find out how you’re getting on.  All my recommendations are underpinned by peer-reviewed academic literature.

At this stage, I may recommend further testing, either through your GP or with a reputable independent laboratory.  We may also introduce one or two supplements.

Our third & subsequent meetings

Our third meeting will take place about a month after the second.  This will be a chance for us to review the protocol so far and tweak it if necessary.  At this stage, you may be confident to continue independently, or you may want us to meet again.  Either is fine.

I find that most people need at least 3 sessions, but if your issue is very straightforward, it may be possible for us to have only 2 sessions.  Alternatively, it’s possible to break any session (apart from the initial meeting) into smaller ‘chunks’ if you work better this way. Please feel free to discuss this with me.

If nutritional therapy might be exactly what you're looking for I'd love to chat with you.

Corporate Branding

"I got my teenage daughter to work with Susannah. She found Susannah to be genuinely caring for her wellbeing, laid back & non-judgemental and willing to work with her rather than be patronising or instructing her to do things. I am very grateful to Susannah for the guidance she has given my daughter."
